Ingredients:
2½ cups cake flour
1½ cup sugar
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cocoa
Sift all dry ingredients and put aside preheat oven 350°
In another bowl:
1½ cup veg oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1tsp vinegar
1tsp vanilla flavoring
2tbs red food coloring

Directions: 
Blend all wet ingredients together then pour in dry ingredients and mix all together and oil your pans and coat with a little flour bake for 20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Ingredients for Icing:
16 oz powder sugar
1 8oz cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla
Nuts
Blend all together until creamy then apply icing to cake
