Do y’all have a favorite Pecan Pie recipe? I’m loving this simple recipe from my Facebook fan Meme!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup Karo sugar (I prefer dark)
1 tbs vanilla flavor
1/2 stick butter softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup pecans (chopped or whole, your choice)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then pour into a double boiler and cook on top of stove on medium heat, stirring constantly until the butter is melted. Then keep cooking for another 10 minutes while continuing to stir. Pour into a inch uncooked pie crust, either store bought of your favorite homemade crust. Turn the oven down to 325 after I put the pie in the oven and bake for 60 minutes. Enjoy!
