Ingredients:
1 (18.5 oz) box Lemon Cake Mix
1 cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 small (3 oz) box Lime Gelatin
2 oz fresh Lime Juice
3/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2 tsb Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Butter
Frosting:
8 oz softened Cream Cheese
Fresh Lime Juice (about 3 tbsp)
1/2 tsb Pure Vanilla Extract
4 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease two 9 inch cakes pans.
3. Mix together cake mix, gelatin, oil, eggs, lime juice, extract and orange juice.
4. Pour into prepared pans.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool.
7. Beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
8. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until blended and add extract.
9. Frost cake and garnish with lime zest and lime slices.
