Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup of oil
¾ cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 box of Lemon –Lime Jello
Directions:
• Mix all ingredients together and bake in 2 8 inch pans for a layered cake or 11×13 for a sheet cake
• Bake according to instructions on box. Allow to cool, then frost.
Cream Cheese Icing:
1 8oz block of cream cheese
½ cup butter (1 stick)
4 cups of powder sugar
3 tablespoons of vanilla flavor or lemon/lime flavor if you want a lemon/lime cream cheese icing
