Ingredients:
2 cream cheese
1 egg
1 can condensed milk
butterscotch syrup
Graham pie crust
Mix well the condensed milk, egg, and cream cheese.
Pour in pie crust.
Swirl the butterscotch syrup with a fork.
Bake in a water bath on middle shelf for 45 min at 350 degrees.
Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for a couple hrs.
