Ingredients for Foster Sauce:
3 sliced bananas
4 oz melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions for Foster Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and sliced bananas. Cook on medium heat 3 minutes, stir. Add heavy cream and continue to cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and spoon over pudding mixture.

Ingredients for Pudding:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions for Pudding:
In large bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt, milk, and vanilla. Stir until combined. Add to saucepan, cook and stir until pudding thickens…about 10 minutes.

Additional Ingredients:
1 box vanilla wafers

Directions:
Spread pudding in cups, top with vanilla wafers, then bananas foster sauce. Repeat ending with the foster sauce and a few wafers on top. Eat warm and enjoy!
